Don, the Conference Committee on Report and Charter will meet during the General Service Conference week, April 17 through the 24, 2005.  I will be in touch as soon as a decision has been reached.

 

Conference advisory actions are shared with the A.A. Fellowship through the Final Conference Report.

Could I ask you to provide us an update on how we’re doing? Has the Conference Committee on Report and Charter decided where in the A.A. directories we’ll be placed? When we are placed in the directories will there be some sort of notification sent out to the fellowship that this has taken place?

 

We’re having a board meeting next Sunday, April 24th, and I would like to report on how your progress to help realize this service to the Native North American People.

Following up on your request to list the Central Office serving Native North American People, I am pleased to have started this communication process and have added the information to our mailing list so I can continue to keep you abreast of the news from G.S.O. and our Fellowship.   I am also forwarding through the mail some materials which I hope will be useful in the efforts of the Central Office serving Native North American People.

 

In trying to determine where in the A.A. directories the Central Office serving Native North American People might be listed to better serve the Fellowship, I have asked for the guidance of the Conference Committee on Report and Charter, which has oversight of A.A. directories, and will meet during the General Service Conference in April 2005.
